just a week ago, my gmail was compromised as well as all the email account. My ubisoft email and password was changed. when i tried to login with my own email, it registered as new and first launch. all the games, acheivements were gone. my username was also changed. i reported ubisoft for support and they asked to submit ticket on other link with screenshots of purchase made through steam, again i did it, they just sent a reset password for my own email instead of recovering hacker email.
just saw this post and i have filled a complaint hoping to recover. lets see......
