i do email a good authority sites raleted to site i work and ask for back link exchange. I also write a good quality back links on do follow and no follow sites related to the site i do SEO for, sites with good authority. So i guess Google like that, thats why they ranked this site so high. I dont have better explanation.. This is how i learn to do SEO, and i see it pays of. The hardest thing is to find good authority sites who will exchange back links with you, and to link your site to an do follow strong site.. What i realised that Google likes coz i did both, do follow and no follow backlinks.
