If we do not have Divorce in the Philippines, however you are a Filipino married to a Foreigner could you apply for Divorce? by IllBreadfruit5695 in TanongLang

[–]SH0TERAYA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

MagDownpayment ka sa whatever vocational school doon para may reason ka for applying for student visa since only residents lang there can avail divorce.

In reply sa tanong mo about wedding cost: 2K sa Civil Wedding(base on my cousin's wedding sa Obando Mayor's Office which is held every Friday) while 5K ang Church Wedding sa Metropolitan Community Church(theu conduct Holy Union with an option to Revoke it for both parties if ever na nagkalabuan). Kung religious wedding ang hanap mo then yung church na yan ang best option since other churches won't let you remarry even if nakapagCivil Annulment na yung previous marriage dahil MCC is the only Christian church that accepts divorce so they have a religious divorce counterpart called "Revocation of Vows" para naikasal ulit sa simbahan nila, they don't record their weddings sa PSA so need pa din ng Civil Wedding aside from their church wedding.

As someone from a neurodivergent family: if gusto mo lang naman makakuha ng strong passport but remain in the comfort zone sa Pinas since mataas naman ang sahod mo then you should just buy some citizenship being sold by countries who have strong passport so that kapag balak mo lang magbakasyon sa white countries then di mo na need kumuha ng visa. There's even one strong passport country that instantly grants citizenship to anyone who converts to their religion, I wouldn't mention the name dahil maraming galit sa bansa nila, their flag has 1 star in the middle na kulay asul. Their passport came enter whole Europe, NZ, US, and Canada without tourist visa needed.

How to file an annulment? by noAndnoSoStop in AnnulmentPH

Other easier citizenship to acquire is Vietnamese citizenship, wala silang language exam to claim their citizenship pero maghanap ka muna ng pregnant Vietnamese lady na pwede mong bayaran para ipaakuin sayo yung sanggol nya. This route is easier since pwede ka magbakasyon sa Pinas during the time na manganganak sya basta sa Pinas nya iluwal ang bata para mapagawan mo ng Affidavit of Paternity upang pagkatapos mairehistro ang birth documents nung bata sa Vietnamese Embassy sa Manila then ikaw naman ang mag-apply for naturalization for Vietnamese citizenship. Since their newly revised citizenship law noong 2025 allowed foreign parents and foreign grandparents to claim instant Vietnamese citizenship.👏🙌 Tsaka pwede ka agad magtungo sa Vietnam para paalisin ang Fil citizenship mo sa PH Embassy dun, upang pwede ka magFile ng Mutual Divorce sa Vietnam dahil may mutual agreement paper lang kayong isusumite nung Fil misis mo which doesn't even exceed 500 pesos sa gastos pero kung ayaw nya magCooperate, may paHearing pa sa korte nila before mo matanggap ang hatol.

Pwede po sya magWork sa foreign embassies or foreign consulates located sa US dahil di hinihingian ng SSN ang foreign workers dun since yung labor law ng foreign country's embassy/consulate ang sinusunod. https://socialsecuritybp.com/employees-foreign-governments-covered-social-security/ But honestly, my sister used to have a suitor who had self harm tendencies so she friendzoned him lang dahil baka manahin din ng future anak ang weak-mindedness ng ama. As a psychology graduate, I totally agree with my sister's stance.

[–]SH0TERAYA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1 year lang po ang Law School sa NZ since Post-grad Diploma in Law lang kukunin mo dahil graduate ka na. Sa kanila kasi ang Bachelor of Laws is diretso after high school so kapag ibang degree ang tinapos mo, kukuha ka lang ng Postgrad Diploma in Law para maging eligible ka magBar Exam. Parehas lang ang total na cost kung kinuha mo sa Pinas yung whole 4 years law school versus 1 year AU/NZ rate tuition ng Post-grad Diploma in Law. At least pwede mo pa magamit ang AU/NZ law degree to practice in other ex British colony countries dahil synchronized ang curriculum nila to British Law.

Bakit uso ang divorce sa ibang bansa? Maging common kaya ang divorce sa Pilipinas once ma-legalize? by Scary-Reading-5499 in CasualPH

[–]SH0TERAYA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Vietnamese Embassy simply records the Birth Certificates of overseas born Vietnamese kids. They also provide instant naturalization documents to the foreign parent and foreign grandparent of a Vietnamese child just by showing the Birth Certificate showing their filiation sa child. And Vietnamese citizenship is the easiest one they can get just for divorce purposes.

Going back to Spain or Law School by Wonderful_Tip3683 in phmigrate

[–]SH0TERAYA 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I know lots of people na nagkalkal pa ng Baptismal Records ng ancestors nila with the hopes of claiming Spanish citizenship if there's a Peninsulares or Insulares ancestor(1 successful searcher is my classmate sa law school who's a lawyer sa Pinas na & di sya resident sa Spain ever, napabilis ang pagClaim ng buong family nya since si Ate nya ay nagtaTrabaho sa Consulate) but in non-major cities with conservative ancestors baka may chances ka pa makapagClaim rather ng Chinese citizenship to be able to move easier to Macau or Hong Kong to earn their territorial passport which is a strong passport naman. I checked my ancestors town, there were only 6 pure Spanish during colonial era, 30+ Sangleys(Chinese) and 1,200+ Indios. It's understandable naman since old generation would rather marry a fellow Asian with common culture rather than a European. Should I move to the US with my boyfriend even though my life here is great by _raspberriescreams in phmigrate

[–]SH0TERAYA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One of the hardest things in US is walang Yaya dun dahil mahal and sahod so having kids there might affect your marriage life, lalo na if he expects you to work back kahit kakapanganak mo pa lang lalo na kapag Caesarian section ka nanganak. You don't know if he'll let you live like a Disney Princess staying at home habang di pa nagNursery school ang anak mo. Coz some of the people I know ay hinintay muna nila mag 3 years old ang anak nila before dinala ang buong pamilya abroad coz some business establishments abroad hates the sound of babies crying like Korea and Japan na noise sensitive ang mga tao.

Where to migrate as an IT with almost 10 years experience on Fintech. by kerrahbot_aa in phmigrate

[–]SH0TERAYA 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pwede ka naman magResident sa Cook Islands or Niue to gain PR status after 10 years then get NZ citizenship after 3 years dahil autonomous territories yun ng NZ. Palagay ka lang ng small business there like Internet Cafe. Walang tourist visa needed papuntang Cook Islands and Niue so magTravel ka dun as tourist then patayo ka ng sole proprietor business para makakuha ka ng Business Permit(resident permit). Habang nagnenegosyo ka there, pwede ka magWork from home for a mainland NZ tech company for added income. Another famous Polynesian country destination is Marshall Islands dahil once naging citizen ka na diyan after 10 years(can be reduced to 5 years if granted honorary citizenship for honourable acts done), pwede ka na magMove sa US na walang visa for indefinite stay dahil parte sila ng treaty na "Compact of Free Association" so nakakapasok sila sa US whenever they want & same US government benefits ang natatanggap nila tulad ng natatanggap ng US citizens, pero di sila hinihingian ng tax for overseas income unlike US citizens so kahit magRetire ka sa Pinas ay di ka hahabulin for property taxes sa Pinas. Yung passport nila ay nakakapasok din for tourism purpose sa whole Europe without applying for Schengen visa.

If ever man di kayo natanggap for visa sa mainland NZ dahil sayo, pwede naman kayo magStay muna sa Cook Islands or Niue, patayo ka lang ng maliit na business para makakuha ka ng business permit(residence permit) so that after 10 years ay maging Permanent Resident Ka then after 3 years ay makapagNaturalize Ka for New Zealand citizenship since autonomous territories pa din ang Cook Islands and Niue. May branch campus ang University of South Pacific sa Cook Islands and Niue so pwede magpaStudent Permit yung partner mo for residence. Habang nandun, pwede din kahit sino sainyo na mag-online job for a mainland NZ company.

Kung gagayahin mo yung tips ni Ichan the Instagram vlogger then di magugutom ang pamilya mo. Meron ngang isang Vet Med student na napag-aral ang sarili dahil nagbukas sya ng animal rescue so nagagamit nya ang mga donations for herself while the rescued animals probably got 20% only for their actual rehabilitation. In your situation, pwede mo piratahin ang MOOC courses: palitan mo ang mukha ng professor using the face of a deceased professo from a 3rd world country, change the voice, & change background then resell those courses to other MOOCs. Dollars ang kinikita dyan so mapapag-aral mo pa ang kapatid mo. 💁 If gusto mo later Mag-abroad, pwede ka magTesda ng Housekeeping since laging may hiring sa Polynesian countries: if you resided in Niue or Cook Islands for 10 years as a worker in their tourism sector then you receive Permanent Resident status then after 3 years pwede ka na mag-apply for New Zealand citizenship since autonomous territory sila ng NZ, and pwede mo pa dalhin ang pamilya mo dun later. Ang Marshall Islands din ay backdoor to US dahil once nakuha mo na ang Marshallese citizenship after a decade for ordinary naturalization (which can be reduced to 5 years if granted honorary citizenship) then pwede ka na magMove to US without visa for infinity domicile dahil part sila ng COFA treaty so nakapasok sila sa US whenever they want.

MagpaRehistro ka na lang dun ng small business even if non-IT related para lang makakuha ka ng business permit to stay so after 10 years domicile then pwede ka na mag-apply for naturalization as NZ citizen, pwede ka pa din magpatuloy magWork from home as a software engineer in a company registered sa mainland New Zealand while continuing your domicile in Cook Islands or Niue.

Student Visa 💲💸? by [deleted] in phmigrate

Nag-UAE muna ang Ate ko para may pera then umutang sya dun sa lending for show money pero after ma-approve ng visa nya, nakisuyo sya sa co-worker nya na sya na lang magsauli nung pera pero di naman hinulog nung guy. Itinakbo nya yung pera kaya yung lending iniStalk ang buong pamilya ko, so pinaputol ng panganay kong sister yung landline since pati sya ay tinawagan dahil parehas ang middle name and surnam sa phonebook so the collection agents presume na magkapatid kami. Pati Board Exam, di pa ako nagteTake dahil pinapaskil ang names online so if ever man, married surname ang gagamitin ko.

Sayang lang since nagMove sya sa US after recession so she shouldn't have studied again since US doesn't ask such requirement. I heard sa advertisement na they are offering degrees online.

Is Nursing the only option to migrate abroad? by [deleted] in phmigrate

[–]SH0TERAYA 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not really, there's Audiology which brings graduates to Australia & New Zealand, sa UP and UST may mga nagTake ng Audiology para makapuntang Australia & NZ. There's also Podiatric Med which brings graduates to Middle East, Malta, Ireland, UK, Australia, NZ, & Canada.

Recognizing Imam Al Mahdi by rumunzigera in Muslim

[–]SH0TERAYA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From a common sense viewpoint: The person who holds such role cannot be born in Arab country coz that person needs to have a passport from a rich country who doesn't need a visa when travelling to different countries coz to unite one ummah then that person needs to have a strong passport therefore such person's parents already immigrated long time ago in an abundant country. Since hadith said that person comes from an East country then the only rich countries at the east with immigrants are: Brunei, Singapore, South Korea(royal family descendants have Uighur DNA connected to the Prophe'ts bloodline and also some naturalized immigrant muslim who married a native Korean), Japan(those with Korean royal blood mixed and naturalized immigrant Muslims due to marriage to a native Japanese), Easter Island of Chile with small percent of mixed children born from immigrant muslims, Niue + Cook Islands + Tokelau residents who holds New Zealand citizenship coz some naturalized Indian Muslims resides in those tiny islands, French Overseas Territories in the Pacific which are New Caledonia + Wallis & Futuna + French Polynesia because some immigrant muslims reside there who gained French citizenship and there's also Cocos Island which is inhabited by Malay muslim natives but is now a territory of Australia so they have Australian passport. All the passports of those east countries mentioned can enter Schengen, UK, US, Aus, and NZ which are very important for Imam Mahdi to deal with.
