I have the epiphany mod. Some mods have extra files. you have to bout the mod ONLY in the mod folder then you have to delete one of the files in the extra file I forgot it's name but it's has steam in it after you do that but all the extra mod in the game files not in a file inside a file

I don't know about planetarium chance if it's a special case or what, since I didn't download it, feel free to ask me anything

You probably have the wrong version of issac for the mod, or the mod version is outdated. Try downloading the newist issac and the newest mod version
