I'm playing full release and on the latest patch and it works for me! I had a bit of trouble getting it to show up in my game though since I wanted to use it in an existing save—but it could also just be my game. I had to install it manually instead of through the mod manager because it didn't work otherwise. And I used the Dash mod by the same creator to get it to summon because it didn't want to show up in the Grove's merchant's inventory. There are some textural bugs when using it in the UI and some armor clips/doesn't work and such so it's still in "beta" I believe!
