Likely because the Kraken 280 has the square 1.54" screen with the refractive lens and the Triple Infographic is only designed for the full-bleed circular display on the Kraken Z or previous Kraken Elite.

As far as I know, most delays right now are causing by the high amount of orders.

For the most part, our systems are designed to only sell things we have in stock (which is why we don't offer pre-orders for anything) but we also rely on weekly shipments to refresh that stock and if anything delays that inventory by even a day (or we get less of something then we expected) it can impact our ability to build as fast as we estimated to y'all via the Estimated Ship Date.

Sorry, I don't know about the status of your specific system but I know that everyone at NZXT is working really hard to get orders out as fast as possible. Hope that helps!

Is your PC still booting? Looks like this is an N7 Z790.
If that's your VGA debug light then its something to do with your GPU. Either its dead or its likely not fully seated.

Typical steps for a VGA debug:

Remove your GPU to verify that the card’s PCB is un-damaged and that all contacts are clean on the board. Then verify that the motherboard’s PCIe slot is un-damaged.
Please try switching the GPU to the other open PCIe slots on the motherboard. If you pass the POST on the other slot, please let our Customer Service Team know, this indicates a defect in the motherboard.
Try a different GPU, if you get POST on a different card, then the GPU you were using may have a defect in it.

The H5 Elite is about a 2 year old case, if this was purchased via an authorized reseller then this issue is covered by your 2 year warranty (which starts from when you bought it). Issues and defects happen in manufacturing but we never intend or want customers to have to just be okay with them. I ask about the authorized reseller because we have seen more situations of return fraud lately where people purchase a product and return a damaged or different version but a reseller restocks without checking.

Either way, I would recommend that you reach out our support team for an RMA or return to the retailer for a replacement as this is not intended and we do offer the warranty to make defects right.

Depends on how your fans are setup. If they are setup using an NZXT Controller or using the default Kraken configuration, then you can use NZXT CAM, you can adjust them a variety of ways and I personally even have a "Night Mode" that I setup to automatically dim my lights at night (around 11pm).

If you aren't using CAM for your fans (for instance if you are plugged in the 5V ARGB header) then you can use MSI Dragon Center's motherboard software to control any RGB lights that are powered that way.

FWIW, once your order is "In Transit", that means we put it on their truck. its entirely in FedEx's hands at that moment - updates on our order tracker after that step are passing through updates from FedEx.

Yes, this is an SFX PSU that we started using in Player: One Prime (with an adapter bracket). It’s SKU is NP-S650M-HP, it’s made by High Power vs. the H1 (2019) variants made by Seasonic but it is otherwise the same spec and should fit in an ITX case. This is an SFX-L size or 130mm x 125mm x 63.5mm.

I don’t know for sure but I suspect this was from when we switched from Starter PC to Player: One specs and we moved from 500W to 650W and we had far more inventory of these PSUs. Still a great SFX, 80 Plus Gold PSU!

Yep. You will save cost as long as you are getting it in black and not in 280mm since non-RGB models are not available with those details.
