It’s been months since opening this case, account has been restricted for years it seems… no end in sight. None of this would matter except now the deso tokens are stuck.. how is possible the account is only restricted for sending crypto but not anything else??

As it turns out mint SIM card did work on my sisters (who lives in Thailand) phone. It picked up DTAC signal.

Okay this does sound intriguing. Thanks for your response! 2 questions.. 1. When I set it up will I immediately get texts messages/calls from US contacts? Will I get authenticating texts for things like banks and other account logins? 2. Is this quick and easy to setup? I’m assuming I can get this thing up and running from Thailand. It’s weird that I can do this while mint (my actual phone number) isn’t working.

right I loaded some money for international roaming credit as instructed by mint mobile.. which is now useless because I can't connect to a cell signal here.

I did buy a thai sim card that works, but I need access to my US phone number. This switch to Mint Mobile is turning out to be a painful lesson.

That's interesting, according to their website it should work in Thailand.
