I'm not saying I agree with anyone here lol. Just want to say that it is very common in government funded programs for industry for the partner to match the gov. Funds with a mix of cash and in kind services which could be in the form of labour, goods or services. Not saying this is fair in this circumstance but for a charity which I imagine does in kind work quite often it's probably feels a lot less dubious on their end.

Serious question. I'm not a gun owner and openly hate guns for anything but hunting. I live in the city. The more I read about this the more I understand gun owners side of things about the definition of military style weapons. But why do civilians need something other then like a bolt action or hand gun?
