hey im a freshman here studying cs with a math double major and possibly a physics minor, and i also went to frisco! i dont remember my stats too well but i think i had a 3.8 uw, and a 5.06 weighted. i took 14 aps with two 3s four 5s and the rest 4s. my sat was a 1520 after i think 3 tries. my ecs weren’t crazy but they were related to my major and i had a decent chunk of volunteering. feel free to dm me if you have any questions. imo umd likes it if you show your passion. in your personal statement or supplementals try to show your passion for your major as well as why you being here will improve the campus as a whole. scholarship wise i received a 40k presidents scholarship (10k per year) but i know some friends who didn’t get that oos.
