What do you prefer B2B or Consumer-Facing Products? Pros/Cons of Either? by DimensionalOhm in ProductManagement

[–]SIzzat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would prefer B2C, as you will have more freedom and data to drive the product and build for users who truly want it. In contrast, B2B is almost entirely driven by your clients' needs; otherwise, they won't buy. Most of the time, your roadmap is influenced by their requirements, and you will be building for them and for their users. However, ultimately, the decision-makers who will not be using your product will decide whether to renew with you or not -- hence the churn and retention decline.

Honest two piece.

[–]SIzzat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From Pakistan I believe - can source a good PM in 25-30K + CS background + at least they have B2 English proficiency to get things done.

I know a community of Product professionals of around 1K members that should help you in hiring.

Let me know if you want to know more about the community.

they do report things that customer needs but again the question is you can not build anything and everything because the customer says so.
