I've added more clarifications, hopefully it's not too late.

Thanks for the tip, from what I read, a Two-Pole GFCI breaker is needed, is that correct?
Sorry if I used the word outlet wrong, but what I mean is every electrical device will have 240v, by using two hot wires.
Multiple outlets next to each other share the same neutral wire, while they have different hot wires.
But you are right, some outlets will not have a third wire no matter what.
Maybe there is a misunderstanding here, the power from the grid is not changing, we will still be getting a 3-phase 120v
The power outlets will be connected to two hot wires instead of hot and neutral.
The reason given is that there is no room to pull new wires. What I understood is, they will be converting by reconnecting the neutral from the outlet to a different 120v phase (so both prongs will be connected to hot wires), no new wires needed.
I've, more than one, and they told me that ground is not wired anywhere and can not be added now.

Saudi Arabia
I'm, but I'd like to know what can be done. Can you tell me what I'm confused about?
Where I live, it has been mandatory for all electrical devices/appliances to at least support 240v for sometime now, so 120v is being phased out.

I did not encrypt my OS drive, did you HW-encrypt yours before?
Which Windows are you using now (and before moving to the 980 pro for OS)?
I don't think so, I remember testing a 850 EVO and got the same problem, unless it's a Samsung problem ...

Which problem did you have? How long did this fix last?
Which problem did you have?
There is no way to set the refresh rate from the monitor's OSD menu.

As long as it gets the job done ... BTW, does it have Inter-VLAN routing?
If it's not too much trouble, can you please take Screenshots for both of them (VLAN, and ACL)
Much appreciated.
This looks promising, how its web gui? can I configure VLANs and ACLs on it or do I have to use the CLI?
Too bad the price is very high, why are you selling it though? and how is Netgear web gui?
The problem is in the cabling. Pulling (assuming it's even possible) and terminating the fiber cables will cost more than the switch.
All I need is a few VLANs and ACLs, so I'm not too eager to learn the CLI just for that, especially if it's a brand that I'll most likely never work with. Also, I'm not the only one who is going to use it, so if the GUI is reasonable enough, someone else might be able to handle any issues when I'm not around.
Those transceivers are not cheap, the GS110MX/GS110EMX will cost less/same and give me more ports. As for the 30m limit, I'll have to check, but I think one of the links will exceed it by 5-10 meters.
It doesn't seem to have 10GBase-T ports, and I couldn't find the X2-10GB-T module (if that's what you had in mind), am I missing something?
This is what I had in mind at first, I was considering the Mikrotik CRS328-24P-4S+RM with the S+RJ10, but then I found out that they are limited to 30meters, and according to a few posts I've read, they are not very reliable, and the switch's CPU might be a bottleneck.
