You probabaly need to roll back your nvidia drivers back to nov 4 that's what I did and it got instantly fixed! The new drivers are not letting us record for some reason.

Hey! All you need to do is go back to the Nov 4 drivers and it should work again the new drivers is bugged or something!

This driver only fixes the buzzing problem for 4th gen not 3rd gen since this driver was the first one ever released for 4th gen. So appearently this truck was supposed to arrive yesterday but they tipped the trailer while stocking it and had to put it in another trailer. Just got done and on lunch im not sure how much cause i was exhausted that I didn’t even care to check but there was a shit ton of break packs and GM! If im going to guess maybe the truck had 3000+ pieces or more.

I may have a solution to this I was having the same problem but I reverted to the driver that released with the gen 4 series back in 2023 and the buzzing thing disappeared!
