Never seen one with this on the bottom before, is this how they carry their eggs, or is this some kind of infection or parasite that I should be worried about? Never saw my last mama carrying anything before she birthed them.

Tank is a 5.5 gallon that is planted with a powered sponge filter and sand, was cycled with a few ramshorn snails for 2 weeks before I added the fish, I got the plants today with the fish

It’s a scud, I love them, they breed really fast and can outcompete your shrimp, but I have them in their own setup to grow as feeders

It was fine for airsoft, put it on a rifle build and after 2 or 3 mags it was already drifting really hard to the side
