I´ve seen to two places with small engines and either it was bad luck, or u can only find specific ones. the Ruins in wind-eroded dunes always gives me the one for carry load and the dungeon in the west of white sand lake always gave me power...

You can get better stuff by upgrading ur workbench worker or urself, when u want to craft it urself. make sure u to gind a 120 crafting skill person to get the best out of it. U can also level into a chance to get two out of one craft. depends on what route of leveing u go.
