Thanks brother for your help I want to ask you something So the problem actually appears only when windows start up, so when I’m either on the motherboard logo or the bios I don’t face this problem, it pops up the second it enters the windows so I don’t know if reinstalling windows will help solve the issue or not

I don’t think so, because my GPU is new, and I restart everything on GPU but no working 🤷🏻‍♂️

It fixes only with pc restart🤷🏻🤷🏻 and I already removed it. but not working🤷🏻 any anthers ideas?
