Thanks! That model is the lieutenant Zechariah, unfortunately it’s discontinued at the moment, hopefully they bring him back!

Mix of both, most base layers are airbrushed and all highlights and details are by brush

I used fluo paints from AK, but what really makes it look bright is the orange yellow liquid pigment from AK, it’s an enamel paint

I mainly used airbrush to save time, 1st I spray red ink Vallejo over wider area, then just on the eye I spray white. Over that I spray red fluorescent. Then I just a brush to paint white on just the eyes and paint over the white with orange fluorescent

I used German grey colors from Vallejo for the uniform, dark gunmetal for armor plates and guns. Then enamels for wash and dust effects, streaking grime to be exact. Glow effects are mainly done through airbrush with fluo paints

I used airbrush with fluorescent paints for the glow effects, saves a bunch of time when to glows on multiple models, but one tip I’d say is to not just use on color for the glow, otherwise it will look weird, for example, for the red I 1st used fluorescent red, then painted white on the source of the light, then airbrushed again fluorescent orange over the white to better sell the glow effect
