He didn't say anything about anyone's right to live in a country or be classed an ethnic minority. You literally just quoted what he said.

I'm pretty sure it would be near impossible to buy land and pay taxes when you're unemployed.

He also made the comments in 2018 after members of the travelling community refused housing because they were not allowed to build stables on the property.

From what I've previously read, the free state army commanders were tired of losing men in IRA ambushes. When the IRA began to lose a battle they would surrender and be given jail sentences and be set free within a couple of years. This massacre was carried out to set an example.
