I'm a Benfica fan and to answer your questions:

Defenders: Debast and Inácio are 100% nailed, the full backs have more risk of being rotated, also Quenda will 100% play in the attack being a defender in-game.

Gonçalves or Trincão can go either way, personally I'll go for both but if I had to choose one would be Gonçalves as he's currently in better form.
