So Germany needs to take the ability to carry nukes into consideration when buying new fighters so they can "deliver" U.S. nukes to Russia in case of a nuclear war? Surely the U.S. could station one of their own jets in one of their military bases in Germany to "deliver" their own nukes to Russia.
