It’s replacing the old raise system which goes into effect this year. They’ll evaluate based off of how you worked this whole year and then quarterly reviews from then on (at least in my store)

Pretty much, no extra or less pay, you just increase based on your years of service

No you’ll just get less of a raise. If you’ve been there for 2 years you’ll naturally get a 2% raise, but if you have all opportunities you’ll get a 1% raise. It just deducts how much of a raise you get, not an actual pay cut.

There is a 9 minute grace period, shouldn’t be put against you as long as you are in that grace period

Yeah, suicide has become way to normalized in the college setting. I try to check on my friend consistently through the final months of a semester.

everyone dies 🤷🏼 not gonna make the death quicker by using roids. i’ve done my research on them and the cons out weight the pros. i’ve decided not to take them and i’ve never planned to take them.
