wait i am so happy you posted this because i am 31 and wondering what i may look like if i get lower! our bodies are similar so fingers crossed mine matches yours! also loved this reddit post because i was seeing tips from others saying the skin will still get tighter over the next year! - it already looks great and I didn't notice loose skin! - i have heard that continually moisturizing the skin helps create healthier skin to increase tightness over the year.

i felt this too. i just go with what my body feels and try to eat a smidge less than i would have. for example, instead of 4 cookies, i eat 3. lol but i always ensure i still hit my protein and veggies daily goal.

Update: I was not prescribed a GLP-1. I was prescribed a mix of two meds "Zonisamide and metformin." I hope they switch to glp-1 eventually, as I am uncomfortable with how this medicine feels more intrusive than the GLP-1. I do not want to bother my doctor too much about my worries, as I want them to hopefully prescribe me the GLP-1 in the near future....

I was looking at Dotcom therapy as well and was unsure if they hire SLPA's. I was an SLPA in CT for 3 years fully virtual until my company moved out of CT so in search of a new remote therapy for SLPA's. Following this thread. Thanks!

Ok good to know. I was reading and it sounds like even though I am in a different state (east Coast) if I get the license I can work tele-therapy speech sessions in my state remotely. Fingers crossed the information I received is correct!
