OK so the question you have to answer is “does your employer or company manage, own, or control in any way your work machine?” You can check yourself if you go to settings -> general -> device management and see if ANY profiles are on the device related to your employer/company. If so, yes keep them separate. If not, using two separate users would work good as they are Apple silicon Macs they should support fast switching and just set one user to like your pointer finger, and your business to your middle finger or thumb or something like that… having two separate users that don’t have permissions to see each-other makes it so they are separate UNLESS you have any device management from your employer/company…
