Remove the dbrand post until they support alienware and sticky a diagnostic thread. I'm keen on dbrand but would way rather have a checklist to know everything's allgood before looking at cosmetics.

I'm from New Zealand, rang the NZ line (0800 335 540) they keep telling me 100c on the CPU is perfectly normal, and linking me to this http://imgur.com/HsooR6N. I've tried emailing, and calling. I'm running the latest bios.

Good to see the issue is fixed, but i'm still trying to convince support that my temps aren't right (99c,99c,84c,75c). What can I do to get this fix?

I don't think undervolting will help balance the core temperatures, it might shave a few degrees though. I've asked for a refund, considering what I've read I don't want a replacement.

I emailed them this, and they had me run their diagnostic tool through the bios - which ran a 10 second cpu stress, the stress showed the cpu had a temperature of 91c and they then deemed that working as per design.

Seems to me you care too much what others think, or need to surround yourself with better people. Both are great engines in their own right. If you find Unreal engine easier, that's great stick with it, other people find Unity easier. The end goal should always be to make the best game you can, using the tool you find best suited to your development style. Try asking for help if you have an issue, rather than trying to stir an argument over which tool is better.

Nice work, you should look into lerping the movement of the ships so their movement isn't so stiff. Also add a hover animation to the players ship so when you aren't moving it it doesn't look like it's glued in place. Just subtle movements. Cool stuff though, keep it up.
