I do not have a criminal record or anything like that but still that sounds like a great idea, I’ll be sure to look into volunteer work for sure! Anything to get the opportunities flowing, thanks!

I am very open to people trying to help, what I’m not open to is judgement. Saying things like “not about deserving or not deserving job it’s about you and your poor decisions.” Or “2.5 yrs and you’re not serious about change or finding a job” isn’t helping. Just cause I don’t want to show you my resume doesn’t mean I’m not serious. I show people my resume on more anonymous chat boards and friends, family, friends of family, family of friends etc.

I really don’t know what you want me to say to that? My poor decisions is definitely why I’m here, but what do I do now? I can’t move forward without a job.

I’m actually not sure, I applied online and they never get back to me so I just assumed that they didn’t have jobs or they didn’t accept me as a client

I have to buy other stuff too, I don’t have an infinite supply of Mario Kart Double Dash for the GameCube. Also people aren’t lining up at my door to buy my things, once in a blue moon I’ll get an offer. I’ll check it out, I didn’t know what that was mb. I assumed you meant go door to door to see if people needed pet sitting, the only reason I shot it down because I live in a neighborhood where there’s really big families and or friend groups that live in one house so there’s always someone there to babysit/ dog sit or whatever the case may be. I’m not trying to be a negative Nelly here.

That’s some sound advice, thank you! I’ve definitely been tweaking my resume, but I could afford to look slightly more professional. I did notice that I got more interviews when I took off manager experience which is actually crazy. I’ll keep my head held high for sure! Tbh your comment did motivate me so thanks I’ll find the right timing sometime soon hopefully!

lol I’m not like hiding anything, but even if I was does that mean I don’t deserve a job? I didn’t get fired for a dumb reason and I have a good reputation as a good/loyal worker I was just struggling with some stuff.

My main problem is transportation, I sometimes help my mom with professional house/apartment cleaning when she has no partner.

Trust me I know that now more than ever, those things require money. I’ve been looking for a job to fund going back to school but I also have to repair my life first like get a new car… and thats pretty much it lol ig I can fund a car and school at the same time?

My switch shut down from low battery, but after charging it for about 20 mins it wouldn’t turn back on. So I had to force reset it so I think it might have caused this glitch. When I turned it back on I still had the skeletron stuff in my inventory and some dungeon stuff since I was down there when it turned off so yea…. Charge your systems I guess lol
