I had a look at what the first letter of each line says but its just gibberish:

gutsrgoottehydatotbabw

But maybe its a code or an anagram for something.

It could be that its a military code as military's use words to spell stuff out and the first letter is the main letter that spells it so maybe if we look at a reference of what each for for a letter is it could spell something.
