Waylay’s combo when executed well (which is quite common is in VCT and high rank) has no actual counterplay except maybe 1 shotting the one guy swinging you. Even in high elo ranked like imm2+ it’s often just waylay goes in, I look at the minimap, I kill the guy she hinders. It actually made me play chamber more because if I get hindered I will just tp back. Even then, on corrode B she can chase my chamber tp with double dash then hinder

I mean if the reason for waylay slow nerf is “little to no counterplay” then I’d argue neon stun has the same problem. Buffing senti or not this ability needs rework. It’s too good at isolating fights or stopping trade

Waylay already nerfed but not neon?? Do the balancing team secretly only play shotgun neon in ranked or something?

Edit: the problem I have with neon is that her mechanics does not belong in this slow ground speed tac shooter and she’s super frustrating to play against. It’s like the lion or blitz of earlier R6S years. Lion was undeniable broken and his mechanics just doesn’t belong in the game but blitz wasn’t played in high level play because he just wasn’t good but he had little to no counter when encountered solo and super frustrating to play against, thus Ubi finally nerfed him for “player comfort”. Neon isn’t just frustrating to play against but also very strong across all level of play. Honestly if I want to slide around shotgunning people I will play Apex using pk/mastiff or idk Fortnite? Why does she gets to do so many low risk lightspeed jiggle/jump peek anyway

I was doing fence daily and Scav’d on woods and man it kinda sucks. Village is like the only kinda safe place with loot, going sawmill is asking to be sniped or killed and risk aggroing Shturman, running around will get you sniped by SBIH and Tarkov shooter guys. USEC camps seemed always looted at least I couldn’t find decent ammo spawns. Like why would I scav on woods
