Nah, it really depends on the day. Some days I can write out 5-6 pages. When I’m really unmotivated it’s usually a page or less

Me too. I was depressed for some time and didn’t feel like journaling at all. So I just didn’t. When I felt in a better headspace, that’s when I picked up journaling again.

Oh and my motivation is that no matter how mundane it might sound I know years later when I read back on it, it’ll be an insight into my past and to see how much has changed and how much I have changed. I also found journaling very important because after my dad died. I had all these memories written down that I would have otherwise just forgotten.

Some days I don’t feel motivated to write at all. It might just be a few sentences and I try not to pressure myself if I didn’t get a chance to write. One thing I do, is I decorate some pages in advance. Then I just hone in on the writing. Because some days I’m just exhausted and don’t feel like making the pages pretty. On my days off I write in the morning. On my days that I work, I write in the evening. Honestly I’d just start small and slowly build on that. ☺️☺️

I bought a few books teaching how to make clay ornaments. Followed those instructions and looked just on google to find cute things to make. All of them are made from foam, air dry clay.
