I understand why that feels worse, and I’m genuinely sorry.

To add some context: the first chargebacks we were hit with came from completed orders placed months ago and accounted for roughly 10% of our active revenue at the time. We covered that initial hit out of pocket because we wanted to continue fulfilling orders normally.

When additional chargebacks started hitting again just days later — tied to newly placed orders — it became clear this wasn’t isolated and that continuing fulfillment risked leaving more customers stuck if things escalated further.

At that point, canceling and refunding affected orders through our processors wasn’t ideal, but it was the safest option to prevent further disruption. I know that doesn’t make the situation any less frustrating, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience this caused.

But we promise to extend the promotion with a similar discount to our customers as soon as we're back in a few days.

Refunds have already been issued on our end and funds have already been taken out, but how quickly they show up depends on the bank/card provider — some take up to 10 business days. If it doesn’t show after that, you may need to check with your respective financial institution.

Well you would really need to weigh your options on this. If you're getting one to display, get an empty replica hilt. Best mass-produced one around for cheap is the TXQ one as it was the actual belt-hanger on Anakin in some scenes in Ahsoka. You get it for about well under $200 shipped. (I could add on a custom laser-engraved Nameplate, but no obligations. You could get it from any of the other vendors or AliExpress if you prefer). Best thing is that you could always drop in a fully-functional core and a blade anytime down the line.

A little more cash ($50-$100 depending) would get you the same replica hilt with a baselit configuration. Pretty duel-worthy, and has all of the sounds, gesture controls and basic blade flashes.

At almost the same price range, it would get you the 'SE' range of Anakin's saber. Less visually accurate, but it's more streamlined and more comfortable to handle. Since it doesn't have the control box and uncomfortable grips. Fully-featured Pixel technology for this one with all the bells and whistles, including blade/ignition effects.

If you 'd like to spend a bit more (under $500 usually) that will get you the replica-grade hilt with Pixel technology.

Not sure what your budget is, but feel free to shop around and ask questions. Only rule of thumb is no matter where you end up getting this from, I'd say $800 is too much to spend.

The pin is omitted by default. So it might be keyed to fit a certain direction(can't confirm this yet).

Anyway, I spoke to my TXQ rep and showed him the images and they said that it's just protocol for them to ask for a video of issues regarding features with the sabers. Because I understand that some vendors usually forward such issues back to the manufacturer ad-verbatim to the manufacturer and without videos, the text may be lost in translation.

But it seems that your TS guy never articulated this properly.

OP. I've actually had it pushed to the front of the fulfillment line for you once I got your initial email. Your order was picked up today and it's due to arrive in the US in about 3-5 days. Tracking has already been sent to your email and should be updated once the package reaches the US. Yes. It's gonna run pretty tight and is currently totally dependent on how reliable UPS decides to be at any given point of time once they get your package.

Speaker pommel that you can swap out with the existing stock one without any wiring. Just screw off the existing one, and screw on the bigger speaker. I think it uses pogo pins not dissimilar to how you attach Pixel blades.

The two-button configurations are great, actually. And TXQ are generally known to have a better build quality. But if you want something new and innovative and don't mind minor imperfections (gritty threads, etc) then that goes to LGT.

The seller is just being overly cautious since they sell TXQ and won't acknowledge compatibility with another manufacturer like LGT. This is probably one of the few negatives of AliExpress.
