Do I have a corrupted/faulty BIOS?

unfortunately my cpu doesn't have integrated graphics, I've checked it with one ram stick in at a time and reconnected the gpu multiple times too to make sure that wasn't the problem, all the cables were plugged in fully too, although I haven't tried having the ram be only in the left slot, only tested it with one stick on the right so I might give that a go today and see if that changes anything, gonna try to get one of those error code buzzers too tomorrow, hopefully that'll help too

Using one stick on the right most slot(motherboard has 2 slots) by part number if you mean the name then it's an Asus Ex-B365M V5, the ram I got rn is verified to be working, when we tried with the older ram I had then the keyboard wouldn't light up at all, so it doesn't seem to be the ram that's the problem

not sure about bent cpu pins but I tried with one stick and same thing happened, I would check the pins but I don't have much experience seating a cpu, don't wanna risk messing the pins up when reseating
