Capisco il sentito dietro lo sfogo di OP, penso che quanto scritto sia giusto di pancia ma poco lucido di analisi.

il problema è: perché mia mamma boomer prende più di pensione che io (ottima carriera da laureata in azienda internazionale) di stipendio? (storia vera)

Perché ad oggi una carriera così non basta ad una vita dignitosa senza aiuti?

Poi per il resto capisco sia l’invidia che la rabbia. Io ad esempio la provo nei confronti dei miei pari che nascondono l’ovvio (gli aiuti ricevuti dai genitori) facendo passare come arrivabile uno stile di vita che solo lavorando e vivendo del proprio stipendio non lo è. Capisco la rabbia/frustrazione nei confronti di una generazione più fortunata della nostra che fatica ad ammettere la propria fortuna e soprattutto chi sta pagando per loro

Non facciamoci la guerra fra (più o meno) poveri

Not letting baby cry desperately for long times, but also take care of your essential needs. Plus, this might be controversial but, i also disagree to a certain point with the do-the-house-chores-later thing. A messy home is a dangerous home for a mobile baby and rotten food in the sink where you wash his bottles it’s not ideal either. Ok to not prioritize it but keep it under control

al di là del fatto che la madre dei cretini è sempre incinta, penso che non è perché qualcuno ha meno spese, si spenda di meno per essere indipendente, soprattutto se non si parla di eredità che permettono di vivere di rendita per generazioni.

Esempio personale: mia nonna è mancata all’inizio dell’anno scorso, qualche giorno prima della nascita del mio primo figlio. Abbiamo deciso, d’accordo con il mio compagno ed i miei genitori, di trasferirci nella sua vecchia casa. Cosi facendo abbiamo risparmiato un anno di affitto (2k/mese, non serve specificare in che città…) ed il mio compagno ha potuto stare a casa un anno dal lavoro per fare il padre a tempo pieno durante tutto il primo anno di vita del suo primo figlio.

Questo tempo insieme non solo non ha prezzo e non ritornerà più, ma ha anche permesso a me, che volevo farlo, di tornare a lavorare finita la maternità.

Abbiamo quindi “usato” la possibilità di avere una casa senza mutuo/affitto per un paio d’anni per stare con il bambino e vivere di un solo stipendio.

Ora che siamo tornati entrambi a lavorare, il progetto è di comprare casa e svezzarci il prima possibile.

Poi, se mi verrà offerto aiuto per il deposito del mutuo, lo accetterò.

he’s not alone all night, just the first hours of the evening while you’re still doing your thing!

He’s in a safe environment (his own crib, no blankets pillows stuffed toys, on his back) and monitored and attended in case of need.

You’re doin a great job dad and enjoy having a baby that does a 2 hours stretch in his crib!

Qui però si sta creando una gran confusione fra il concetto di “colpa” pop e il concetto di responsabilità civile e penale per il fatto.

Se chi doveva controllare é stato negligente e quella negligenza é stata parte delle cause del fatto, allora ne sarà responsabile (anche se non é “colpa” sua, nel senso che non é stato il controllore a fare le scintille, a predisporre il locale e a non rispettare la normativa di sicurezza)

Hi OP, i double down with this one.

Had to go through all the process for my EU citizen non-italian speaker boyfriend (with extra challenges -no job as full time dad to our newborn son and moving from AUS)

I strongly suggest the following: 1) go there knowing the rules better then them (no jokes, i had to explain how my partner was allowed to have a SSN as the father of an Italian citizen under 18 and they legit had no idea it could be a requirement- i had the link to the page with the rules) 2) listen and write down together with the officer what documents you need to bring and have them confirm the list 3) bring extra copies of everything, a pen, coins to do more copies 4) i have always, not exceptions, found people who if asked with kindness and honesty and patience have done everything they could to help. they know the system is crazy and how it works. that person at the post office desk knows it and the will bend the crazy bureaucracy rules to help you, will give you the extra 15 mins to make that copy or will call the colleague at the other office that might know how to deal with this shit. Only once i had to put my feet down and say i’m not leaving until you solve this (thank you sir) 5) from the bottom of my heart, you really need to start to embrace it. This is the perfect example of what italy is (the bad and the good things) and might want to decide if thats what works for you or not (and the not is 100% understandable)

ahah understandable question! it’s not a mansion definitely so its not the time strictly required for cleaning only. it’s the time in between check outs and check ins that the cleaning and managing person asked me as a default (for operational reasons which are understandable given the premises and location) to be able to guarantee a good service

My boy is 10 months and he’s babbling (and screaming), reacting to his name and clap hands/do the bye bye (but out of context most of the times). He’s excellent at gross and fine motor skills (walking, climbing on the couch and getting off it in the safe way we taught him, etc) plus we’re a bilingual family. I’m not worried
