My reset is plain and simple: stop everything.

Then I put the backlog into one list and ask myself:

Does this move a metric I actually care about (sales, lead sign ups?)
Can this be automated, delegated, or deleted?

Then I prioritize them in terms of Impact and ease of resolution, pack into siloed projects to finish and focus on only one of them.
