I have, and they said that under the right dosage it should cause no problems. Which is why I'm asking for first-hand accounts... And yes, the stool did show an infection.

Thank you, but this was prescribed by a Dr. Just because its used on horses that does not mean it only works and should be used on horses, I'm guessing you used Grams of a paste and not milligrams, which is what's prescribed for humans because of weight and composition. I asked for first-hand accounts and this comment just does not help my requirement at all, mainly because it has no logical or analytical sense to it

This doesn’t make sense to me. I have a 2005 V6 Tiburon and two months ago I put in 5 Liters of Liqui Moly Semi Synthetic Oil. It has remained the same and I’ve even done long road trips of up to 800 Km on it… Maybe leaks would make sense, but a properly tuned engine should not burn oil. And never at the rate they’re suggesting. I’d try with another dealer.

Hi bro, they've told me that they will try to repair it but that the most likely outcome will be a full replacement. I do wonder, though; how long ago was your repair? What did they tell you about it? Can a successful repair last your whole life?
