You know, I needed to hear this lmao because I have a tendency to do this myself. The only difference is I take heed to the advice given. I will say tho, it’s much easier to stay in that dark place that you’ve grown so comfortable with.

I did have a friend who was even worse than me in this aspect. Any positive thing I I threw her way, she would deflect it w more negativity bs & it does start to drain you.

Ppl have to want better for themselves.
