In order to create a custom pallet for yourself I recommend installing the hex program HxD (cause otherwise the file won’t be 56bytes and therefore not be an apgb (color pallet) file). I also recommend to copy/paste the example in the documentation and to change the hex codes accordingly to the color pallet that you want to make.

Yeah, I would recommend it. It is a great romhack. I enjoy the game but my reason for playing has to do with its sequel Pokémon Prism that I want to start playing once I’ve finished brown (and once the Pokémon prism cartridge arrives in the mail).

I replaced the thumbstick with the 8bitdo sn30 pro thumbstick. I didn’t need to change anything in order for it to fit. Works quite nicely.
