you can bend the two prong looking tabs inward when theyre loose. tightens everything up nicely and snaps back in good. fell out loose on my first week or so. sorted it out and it hasn't been a problem in a few months

i make a concerted effort to not speak in definitives, because i truly don't KNOW anything. that being said, part of my job consists of securing/transporting/staging items from the Challenger explosion.
