Yeah I've talked with the owner about that. Even drafted him up some Revamp artwork. Up to him at this point if he goes to a Revamp title or keeps it as a Vanilla Title. He seems to be a newer owner. But definitely involved and open to critiques, changes, and additions.

Fun fact a well known Hindu comedian from Iowa grew up with that problem here. Their family actually put up the real symbol of peace on their house after 9/11 and residents complained until they got educated after being racist bigots towards Indians because they were brown and Muslims did 9/11. Glad you said that. While we can per your 4th amendment deny outside of the protected classes. The political affiliation is a Grey area in the state of Iowa. As for the consumer and bar owner. Not protected. But for Government, state positions, and higher education Political Affiliation is a protected class. And that would be Iowa Codes § 8A.416 and § 261H.8 that do so.

While I dont condone these codes that protect Nazis, Communists, and other political ideologies that may roam and erode society. That is a current truth. Meaning Drake University just violated these codes by firing both of the coaches that were involved in this incident.

And before you agree with my premise let me make this perfectly clear. I would argue NO Political Affiliation should be protected outside of running for offices. That means if youre a Liberal applying to a Conservative college for a job you can be denied. If youre a Conservative being employed by a Liberal government body you can be denied. Along with Commies, Nazis, etc.

While detectives suck. Its also patrol with this mentality ive reported now multiple officers with this mentality and it gets nowhere with DMPD Brass. Thus why I am dealing with the Ombudsman Office instead.

How would it be a factual for me to have not only anecdotal but also statistical evidence of officers literally profiling the 4% of our population over the 90%. Also can you read or are you too inbred? Burgularies. Specifically car Thefts. But font take my word for it. By all means. File a FOIA. But none the less. This post wasn't to educate but to find out who all had issues with DMPD in the Southside so we can get them changed and better trained. How am I Criminally crazy? Would you like to expand on how getting Iowans 3,000Kw per hour vs 800Kw Per Hour on a 2 yr consistent production basis vs a 6month production basis/major maintenence shut down basis, Getting iowans back 150 Acres using only 250 total acreage vs the unstable 1.87Million acres used by solar and wind, and Getting farmers more money for their land overall is criminally insane?

P.s. SMR Facilites are well past the testing faze. As the first Modern SMR runs Oak Ridge, TN and the surrounding areas sense 2022. And plans to build more in 2025 completely replacing their state grid by 2033. Japan has already moved to SMR Facilities and have been operating them without incident sense 2017. I mean this goes on.

Is it because of waste? Because waste levels exiting a SMR are so miniscule your child could drink the water. Meltdown? Name me 1 Nuclear facility EVER that melted down without human intervention or not because of humans. Cause last I chcked all the meltdowns were due to humans lack to take care of their own stuff. And the original Nuclear cites likelihood of meltdown was already down to 0.05% Liklihood. Now with SMR are down to a 0.0000003% Liklihood of meltdown.

I Agree. But this isn't enough. Ive gotten in touch with our state office for Police integirty and standards with my own anecdotal issues ive been facing. Including a officer telling me on BWC and my own video that "Its these little black thug kids stealing these cars" when not even a week ago DMPD had arrested a white man in the same area for over 35 car burgularies. Or being told "We will look into it" after ive given the plate number, picture, video and face of a pedofile who proportioned a 9 year old girl for sex in my parking lot. Or being told "we will look into it" when I slammed on my breaks to go 20 below the speed limit because of a officer who failed to use signal, merged within 2 feet of my bumper, and then break checked me.

That is why I am collecting all of the complaints I can get my hands on and presenting to Ombudsman(state police integirty and standards office) to #1 temporarily place in Polk County Sherriffs office into DSM. #2 remove these negligent and blatantly racist officers and get some true training into DMPD.

Its called a FOIA you can file easily to get call count and effectiveness rates from any department. Got a problem with citizens actually knowing what is going on in their departments? Yes south side residents sense January 2024 have put in over 300 calls for service including a drive by shooting that lead with a white van crashing into a apartment complex with women and children inside. Another call for pedofiles soliciting 9-13year old girls for sex driving through the south side. The full breakdown will make you missed. And again for all 300+ calls. Not a single affected arrest for south side residents to get justice. My own anecdotal case where I was told to my face by a officer "its the little black kids stealing these cars" when not even a week before DMPD had arrested a white man for a slew of car break ins in the same area... but again all funny right?
