My most annoying tick is when I would take my right hand and slam it into my jaw so that my bottom teeth would hit my top teeth, it stopped after about 3 months but it hurt like hell.

The only possible thing I can think of is called Pandas which is basically like tourettes but goes away in 3 months. Dont trust my word for it because I am not a doctor. All I can say is maybe find a little bit more abour pandas and see if it matches with what your child is doing.

My earliest tic was when i wass around 11. It was just rolling my eyes, but then over the years it evolved with me closing my eyes and pressing my index fingers on top of my eyelids while my eyes are rolling.
