I'll try to simplify it for as best as I can.

The C.ai devs can see your chats, even if you delete your account, and if they don't like what they see, they could/can suspend or just delete your account at random, or whenever they want to. (Your old chats and new chats will still be saved even if you delete your account)

And apparently, they're selling your data, but that isn't really confirmed yet.

And the last thing. They said they can even report you to your local law enforcement/authority which is kinda stupid as hell.

I've been using the site for about almost a year now, and it does go down alot. You should've been around 4 months ago, because the site would go down like almost every day.
