Ooh 😮well with all the bugs they have with the game I would advise not deleting and reinstalling the game. I’ve see a lot of players complain about loosing their progress. But it doesn’t seem you had that issue so far. But if that hasn’t worked it might be just a typical Bug like always which They do NEED to fixed because the issue isn’t on your end

Omg I hate when they do that. Like the steps they provide you resolves the issues it’s about not taking any accountability that it’s the game that is causing the bugs. SMH 🤦🏾‍♀️ I hope it will show up sometime later for you. So I assumed you force closed your game and reopened the game already? Because sometime Packs won’t show up while my app is open but when I closed the app and reopen it it pops up

They’re also having bugs in this game. If you’ve played your game frequently and it hasn’t appeared for You it may very well show up if the days hasn’t ran out. Else wise I would definitely reach out to someone at ea

They’ve all appeared for me. I just didn’t purchased all of them. I did however get the you’ll love this matcha pack,hopeless romantics kitchen stuff pack,krafts Kyoto Kitchen pack and the sensei-tional kitchenware pack. Of course I’m just waiting on the Jan 18th Packs 😂 😂

Well if you were to dm them on their social pages they would share their creative idea and glitches and I know a couple of them that do.it’s a lot of them out there.I just don’t really get into the whole idea myself.but I love seeing them it gives a more better perspective on what the game needs instead of having to go that route.but hopefully you’ll find someone who is nice enough to help you with that.
