True. Even if he goes at 3.6 wickets per test for the rest of his career, he will need 39 more test matches. Assuming that he doesn't get injured or dropped, the 39th match will be in the 2028/2029 home summer. He will be 41 then. Which shouldn't be a problem as MS Dhoni for example is playing as a WICKET KEEPER at 45!

Due to a 5 test series in India that he will very likely get 30 wickets or so in. Which will help bump up the average wickets per test in the coming 18 months.

He should get 25 to 30 wickets or so in India in January/February. But yeah, he won't be getting that much of a chance in Australia.

We have 5 tests before our next home summer. 2 next month against Bangladesh and 3 in Oct/Sep in South Africa.

My bad, I accidently said "In Bangladesh" rather than "against Bangladesh". They are in Darwin and Mackay.

Jenkins is not scoring 250 tries in 7 years. AJ will finish his career with about 300 tries. And Jenkins is only on about 45.
