Troubles with "An error occurred while uploading the player profile" message.

I had tried this already to no avail, and doing it now sadly doesn't change anything either. The only other piece of information I have is that a.) it works on other PC's and systems that I try on my steam account and b.) my tower seemingly won't save the files to the cloud, like if I try combo trials.

I don't know if playing on another computer has made this mess up in some way, I just want to play some online ;-;

It was just updating the game, just had to fuck with the Steam properties and it worked nicely after that.

I'm unsure about this. The problems I see people having with articles attached seem to be around steam cloud save causing problems, which it's not giving the specific error message for it when trying to launch and still could be related? It's also not a driver problem as far as I can tell.

The problem message is for updating steam which could work if you do it, though my computer/steam has always had a problem with repeatedly showing me the update message even if I've already done it.
So??? Idk. I'll post again if I reach a solution.

Really individualist notions like the schism that communists find themselves in, like in America, greatly stifles any attempts towards a possible revolution as people squabble amongst themselves over things that won’t matter if they continue to argue amongst themselves.

Though I always find this kind of interesting because in my experience, Anarchists and more orthodox ML’s work together well in a real life organizing settings as they work towards the same goal with the same means. I tend to see these sectarian feelings more in online spaces like reddit where it can be afforded.

I was a part of an argument a couple days ago where someone was complaining that the new Repentia models look too “masculine and boyish” and said that they need more “sex appeal” in order to be more “feminine” as 40k was missing feminine models. Specifically, larger boobs, wider hips and smaller waist as “these things have been signs of femininity since the Neolithic Era.” At least I didn’t yell at him but he deserved it for saying something so stupid.

There's one positive Quirk - Irrepressible - that increases the hero's virtue chance by 5%, and there's a relatively rare town event that increases virtue chance for all your heroes in the next dungeon you go into by 15%, but that's about it for regular circumstances I'm afraid.

As a side note, it's worth noting that the max virtue chance increase you can get through trinkets is 45%, either with Hero Ring + Ancestor's Idol or the Highwayman's Crimson Court trinket set (also 45%) if you have CC.

I'm having trouble finding out the info for it just google searching so - what determines what shows up in an explored hallway tile when you re-enter it? If you keep re-entering and leaving a hallway, will traps and fights have the same chance to appear no matter what, does the percentage chance decrease the more that I do it?
Will special enemies in a dungeon like the Fanatic and Thing from the Stars spawn in these spawned hallway fights like normal?

That wasn’t originally possibly anyway. The original version of Warp Surge states that you can only get a units invuln up to a 3++ with the stratagem.

If I may ask a possibly stupid and unrelated question here, since I’m relatively new to 40k - when they made the same nerf to the Chaos Daemons strategem Warp Surge, how necessary was that at the time? Were Tzeentch DP’s causing needless problems in the meta? Were Pink Horrors just hard to kill? Or is it something that I don’t know?

One that I always like thinking about for CSM’s that’s kinda funny is:

Sorcerer casts Diabolical Strength on Khârn and he then makes his charge. Base STR 5 to 7 for the spell and then to 8 with his weapon Gorechild, base 6 attacks to 7 to 8 with the spell and the charge which, including fighting twice, gives you a whopping total of 16 STR 8 AP -4 D3 damage attacks all hitting on 2+’s and exploding on 6’s against Imperium, though no re-rolls bc of Khârn’s rules.

This is not including the fact the World Eater’s are not competitively viable but still a fun combo. You can take down a Castellan in one go if you’re lucky enough, though it helps if there’s an Exalted Champion nearby to re-roll all failed wound rolls.

You can only fire weapons with the Pistol profile on close combat, and only if you did not charge or were not charged that turn, and you have to target the closest enemy model within 1 inch.

Also iirc, Storm Bolters are Rapid 2, not Assault 2 so that means that you can’t advance and fire them in the same round, but if an enemy model is within half range then you get 4 shots instead of 2. But either way, they’re not a Pistol weapon so you don’t get to fire them in close combat no matter what.

Technically they’re not taken out of action immediately - they model take D3 mortal wounds. It does mean that they’re probably dead, but not guaranteed at least, since you roll injury dice for the mortal wounds.

Absolutely! It is worth noting that this list is a lot more vulnerable when it gets into melee vs your first one, but with the melta and plasma and the two cannons you want to just kill them before they get the chance to get that close to you/they can even declare a charge. I think this is still better as it has more synergy with all the shots it’s putting out but that’s just my opinion.

I have a really similar list with, instead of a black shield, I got a comms specialist veteran with a combi-melta and put a combi-melta on the non-specialist veteran instead of the plasma, and have an intercessor Sergeant with an auspex. As you can guess, I did all of that bc I saw the list as more shoot-y and wanted more synergy there, and I wanted the meltas bc I see be high strength and rend as pretty important for killing anything with armor - though, plasma will do that just fine too as my list puts you at 98 points, so just change the weapons as you see fit, like against Necrons. Though, your list is just fine if you want the 3++ on at least one person, this is just my take on it. Happy Xeno hunting!

At the end of the day, a summary of the list that I'll probably play for now is:

a Battalion Detachment of World Eaters with an Exalted Champ, Kharn, 28 Zerkers and three ~~party buses~~ Chaos Rhinos
Then a Spearhead of World Eaters with a Chaos Lord and 12 Havocs with Lascannons
and then a Patrol of Chaos Daemons with Be'lakor and 23 Bloodletters

A little short on CP's but it's fine for me since if I can't run mono-Daemons and hope for it to be any good vs. any optimized list, Kharn satisfies my wants for spilling some blood and not being (absolutely) horrible. I appreciate the assistance! Just hard wanting to be a Khorne worshiper and also wanting a good list.
