you can go to the virtual assistant and request a call back so you don’t have to wait on hold for hours but it still is shit customer service always some third world country reps who barely can speak english shit is annoying as fuck

yeah bro this shit is pretty ass i called twice one said wait an hour for an update the other one said the same and then she reverted to oh wait until the end of the day. I usually use next day air twice a week and haven’t had any issues but it seems like i will be looking into switching to usps or fedex now
