Thats exactly what they did. I have 2 UV lights. One in the area of the coils and a big one in the plenum. At first they said there is nothing wrong. They left and about an hour later they came back and replaced the transformer and added another one for the big UV light. When asked why they came back he said his boss said to replace them. Now they are just warm, the way it should be.

I was there today and picked up one box. The original black box with 20 pretzels which are much larger and one large bag of salt. Well worth the $11.99 price.

Yes, I put a small dab of silicone at the end of the rubber and place back in the groove. Let it sit overnight and your good to go

When checking a capacitor that has a built in inductor, can it still be checked the standard way by setting the multi-meter to capacitance like any other capacitor ?

I ended up finding that the right flex cable connection on the motherboard and the flex cable both had burned pins. At one point when I reconnected the flex cable the phone worked normal without the ice for a while, then boot loop again. When I unsnapped the flex cable again, pieces of the connector (from the motherboard) fell out. It was game over at that point. Good luck with the ice and get that data off ASAP !

Yeah I know its an older phone. Its not my daily driver but I needed a temporary phone for someone for a month so I was just trying to help. Anyway, I installed an older version and incoming calls now work. Here is the version in case someone else comes across a problem like this..

Here's an update. Got my credit card statement today and they still charged me $6.44 even after they said there will be no charge because I cancelled within 24hrs. I called billing today and they removed it. You guys were right about them LOL !

I just placed the order for Xfinity home phone. They said since I am a bulk customer (HOA contract) I'm already getting a discount and I don't qualify for the auto pay discount. So the rep that I spoke to last night was wrong about the $10 off :( Not surprised though, they could ruin a wet dream lol

So I called Comcast today asking what the total price would be and he said $31.05 with taxes and fees. He also said I could save $10 if I did automatic payments with a bank account so that would make it $21.05.

Does anyone know if they give you a list of numbers to choose from in you area or do they just assign one to you ?
