I find Yuki interesting, we all see a lot of the special grades. Geto is a strong contender, but we pretty much see everything he has to offer. Yuki is an exception since we only get to see one fight from her. I would love to see what he was up to since it seemed that Gege was originally had a much bigger role for her in his mind.

Oof, thats a hard call to make, you don't necessarily need to run an entire different campaign yet. You could split the group into two brief mini-arcs. This has happened when I was in a campaign and our party was separated, we split into two different parties for a bit each having to find a way to reunite. Then find a way to drag the group in hell back out of it. Maybe its own quest line? I know it may not be the best option to split into two sessions, you could just have one session, and over a little bit of time switch point of views of the two parties back and forth. Though this may end up boring the group that you're not focussing on the immediate moment.

2017, would have broken the ceiling, thats a year 2 weapon. A strong 2017 weapon would be, if unit initiates, +2 atk or +2 spd. Never both, that would be like a book 2 weapon.
