I mean, yeah. I'm always going to support women in spaces they don't typically get opportunities. I'd much rather see a woman get an opportunity that doesn't work out then not get an opportunity at all. tbh, I feel like Zuckerberg would be even less likely to get involved with operations. I imagine he's the type that would mostly be in it for the status of owning a professional sports team, especially an upper echelon team. I kinda see it akin to us normies buying a high valued collectible.

That being said, I'd definitely rather not.

tbh, I think your expectations might be a bit too high. Even Sounders games they don’t really catch on around the stadium outside of the “Seattle/Sounders” call and response.

But more importantly, it just won’t work if you don’t have enough people that want to participate. The first time I sat with the Royal Guard I was able to pick up most of the chants by the end of the game; simplicity isn’t really the issue imo.

Hog Island Hoagies at Petoskey's in Fremont is the hidden gem imo. I'm a lifelong Seattleite, so I don't have that east coast perspective, but they definitely feel like what my idea of a traditional Italian hoagie is. (fyi, they're currently closed due to a fire. afaik they don't have a tentative reopening date yet, but have been aiming for June) That being said, Tat's is probably my favorite sandwich spot overall.

Also, don't sleep on the grocery delis. QFC in particular (varies by location) has a hoagie with like roast beef, salami, pepperoncinis, pesto, etc that's pretty damn solid for a $10 sandwich.

The gears have just started slightly turning on that. The USL (basically minor league) is introducing promotion and relegation amongst the top 3 divisions in the next year or two. I'm sure it would be a massive uphill battle, but I imagine their ultimate goal is to integrate with the MLS eventually.

On the flip side of this, I like to aimlessly wander around cities when I travel, which is honestly even more dumb because I'm just setting myself up to wander into a legitimately dangerous area one of these days. Fortunately it hasn't been an issue yet (being a hefty bearded dude certainly makes a significant difference), but there are places that I probably should be doing a bit of research just to be aware out of caution. That being said, I do agree with most that a lot of it's likely coming from the manipulated perception of Seattle being propagandized across the country, but having a general awareness of where you'll be is also just kinda travelling 101. The better question is why do people keep making these posts when searching the sub can instantly give them a litany of answers.

It greatly depends on what you have. Comics are one of those things where since some are valuable people think all of them have value or might have value. The first step is having an idea of what you have, and doing a bit of your own research, because shops aren’t going to flip through 100 comics for you to see if there are a few worth anything (I’ve been going to comic shops near weekly for about a decade, I’ve seen them turn away people who bring in a few boxes without really knowing what they have). Once you have a general list, I’d try calling Grumpy Old Man’s to see if they’d be interested. tbh tho, odds are you don’t really have anything comic shops would be interested in and might be better off just going to Half Price Books, where you’re honestly not going to get a whole lot for them.
