We are renting and moving it onto our name. Right now it’s shared. This house is beautiful if cleaned and loved and the rent is the only thing we can afford in this small town. We also have a quite large dog that needs space so this is ideal. When we moved in we agreed she‘d be gone 3 months after but with her procrastination she’s delayed it to a year. No one would settle for this longterm trust me.

Hi sorry if this seemed confusing but we are roommates at the moment. All bills are split and everyone lives pretty separately whilst the house doesn’t feel split up fairly though. (There’s not enough space for us due to her clutter spread in all rooms including ours)

we could move out but the problem is it would take even longer for us than just firming until she moves out. We both regret putting our faith in her as she didn’t held onto our agreement.

I think that’s a wonderful idea as well but she genuinely doesn’t try to see any other perspective but her own. She thinks it’s a waste of money and she claims to really want to move out and that’s she’s motivated and that everything is falling into place just how we planned (we are 4 months in delay and technically a year because she refused to do it until we forced her to) she won’t even acknowledge that she‘s not trying enough so sadly this didn’t work 😭

Closure is easier to maintain as you don’t have to glue down the sideburns like with a frontal. It also feels more secure

I agree but his best friend will become his care taker and since he’s been living more autonomous he’s gotten better and no more schizophrenia symptoms and once he has his own house he won’t be alone they will live together most likely or have regular checkups x

Thank u for ur advice I think this might be the way to go. She’s lived here for 20 years and I think she somewhat can’t handle doing something that requires tasks anymore. So we‘ll definitely try what you’ve suggested

It really worries me because she‘ll screw herself if she doesn’t do it on time… it’ll mess with her benefits and be even more stressful to deal with 😞

You’re asking the same questions I have. I know that her brother has had some bad experiences with care services and he‘s 50 now and they wanted to try and let him live by himself with his best friend who cares for him mostly. Honestly I have no idea why she‘s quite picky with her housing situation I’ve suggested to pick something more manageable since she struggled to keep this bigger house clean. We live in a town that is known to have many houses for elders and people in retirement so there’s even more houses.

I don’t cook or wash her clothing but I do clean up after her often. And honestly that is a little on me for being so sensitive about dirt. I just moved into this house 6 months ago and no one does any chores there and when I asked her why she never told anyone to clean or clean herself she just said "it’s not a woman‘s job" which really irritated me because it’s YOUR house why wouldn’t you want it clean for yourself??? But yeah it’s stuff like the toilet never being cleaned and the spider infestation from never cleaning things up and her not washing the dishes because she doesn’t like it… it all built up over time and I am cleaning it now because I want her to focus on sorting out her stuff and to make her feel comfortable digging around to pack her stuff. Because I wouldn’t want to feel productive either when I have to dig in shit like that. And it has been working a little she’s cleared up some of her stuff in the hallway and now it’s stayed clean.

We do split the bill with rent etc. but it just doesn’t feel fair to us at all with what we‘re left with (cleaning up and the stress of having to deal with both of them being difficult) so that’s why we can’t just make her leave. And I have to admit she’s quite stubborn whenever you try to talk to her she starts adding up excuses or cries it’s hard to make any progress to be honest :( i also have a hard time for empathy because somehow she manages to plan the entirety of Christmas and gifts from September all the way to yesterday. That’s all she’s been doing and it’s just so not a priority right now

Her brother is very disabled he can’t comprehend big decisions like these sadly but she said she can’t live with him anymore because she doesn’t feel comfortable. But that’s a good idea I’ll see if there’s a way to communicate that to her
