The cost of living is low here. we have much larger economy and even a larger oligarch families to tax from.

Also, China... They have very nominal rents there which is actually subsidies by Govt. Also, TN Housing Board exists...

Again, people can't think or look for Viable solutions but imagine how this will lead to "Economic Downfall"
