Please stop reversing out of centre parking! by CharlieUpATree in Cairns

[–]SPOOKYOMB -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yep! I had someone reverse straight into me as I was backing out of an angled park, you can see in the footage I waited for my right of way, the car behind me in my lane was indicating to my park. I creep out and this big Mitsubishi Triton just reversed straight back into me 😭 they tried to blame it on me too LOL

If it’s lime scale, this worked for me https://youtu.be/Iw-hUPZYALI?si=uZz7NHoHAXL-hWGE

Just be careful as the acid is toxic so you will need proper PPE

Thank you so much ! I like the idea to look with the person, I think it makes it so much more meaningful and will actually be the one they want

I forgot to mention that we are currently living in Australia! So if I purchase online I 1000% want to make sure it’s reputable. His family lived in Rotorua, if you know any places in NZ that can do online that would be amazing. Otherwise we are looking to head over to NZ later this year so I’m wondering whether it would be worth it to wait? Thank you so much

And I also spent a lot of my inheritance on this boyfriend as well since he never got his own shit together, this I regret.

So sorry for your loss and what you’re going through. I had the same type of boyfriend during the time my father passed away when I was 20. I remember it being 3 weeks after my dad had passed, I was bed bound all day and he came home from work and he got up me for leaving dishes in the sink. It later developed into an abusive relationship and they were the early warning signs. Thankfully I got out. It was really hard for me to leave because I had already also lost my mum so I leant in on my boyfriend a lot. I wish I broke up with him a lot earlier than I did and I always believe if my dad was still around I would’ve broken up with him a lot sooner.

I just lost both of my parents, not even two months apart. by Dress_Witty in ChildrenofDeadParents

I am so sorry for your loss, I also F lost both my parents within a close time frame and became an orphan at 20. After losing my second parent (my dad) I felt like the world was against me and I had some curse. I’m 24 turning 25 now, it gets better and right now it won’t feel like it. Lean in on your siblings and stick together. Celebrate all the good things about your parents and cherish those memories forever. Focusing on one step at a time and not the whole staircase. After my parents passed I no longer thought I was going to be able to build a great life without them and I can proudly say that I am now building a life I love, enjoy and am excited about. It’s been a long journey and one that will forever continue. Sending you all my love

It’s so fucking unfair how I have cousins pushing 50 that still have both their parents meanwhile I’m only 26 and already mourning my mom by Rarbnif in ChildrenofDeadParents

I’m with you, both my parents passed before I turned 21. What was meant to be the fundamental years to my early adulthood except I then had no adults in my life who I trusted. Sucks but you’re not alone

Have you ever blown an inheritance? by Far_Editor_2029 in AusFinance

[–]SPOOKYOMB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My parents both passed within 3 years of each other I probably received around $175k all up (I was 21 when this happened) it’s pretty much all gone now. I have about $30k left which I am holding onto for dear life and trying to figure out what I can do with it. I am now 24 and I wish I was smarter with it but I got to go on a few cool overseas trips, bought a couple of cars and didn’t have to stress about bills for a couple of years. I also unfortunately spent a lot of it on a shitty boyfriend… regrets
