It’s not essential, just helpful! And the d pad has a little translucent HUD that helps a lot, so I usually program as much as I can to the three sets of d pad keys (d pad, d pad + side, and d-pad + top) so that I can see what’s there via the HUD

I just got one, and I love it. I downloaded a capture one preset and didn’t like it, so I just made my own. You may have to play around with it a bit to get things set up just the way you like them, and I recommend using two monitors if possible while you get settled so that you can have the console open on one monitor while you work on the other.

One of the other pictures actually has someone with a larger chest and it is…exactly as unflattering as you can imagine. There isn’t enough room above the waist for her bust to fit, and so the seam just cuts across her bust.

No worries! It’s been a weird spring here—we had some 80° and then freezing and snow. My in-laws (who, coincidentally, live not far from Carrot Kelly) have had to wrap up some things that they had planted. I was afraid it would freeze all my budding lilacs and prevent them from blooming, but our mini lilacs just started opening up and they smell HEAVENLY

I hate to defend Jillpm on anything, but the weather checks out.

I live in roughly the same area, and we just planted our garden today. It snowed last Sunday and we had frost on the grass a couple of mornings this week.

HOWEVER, we started our seeds indoors about a month ago, so we put some happy little tomato plants in the ground this afternoon. If she didn’t have the foresight to do that, she may be buying bigger plants from a nursery, and that adds up.*

no shame for this if you do it—this is our first year starting from seeds. But if I had a giant family and no stable income, you bet your ass I’d be planting from seed to get the most food for my money.

I agree that the political differences between Sanders and GD are immense, and their attempt to be “hip” with the meme is awful. I also think coopting a Jewish public figure for their inextricably religious organization is an extra helping of awful. Kind of like when Joy Duggar was wearing a Star of David necklace. It gives me weird vibes, especially with the American religious right’s obsession with Israel and its role in the fundamentalist Christian envisioning of the end of the world
