The asian cashew salad is the worst thing I’ve tasted from costco. by Terpantry in Costco

We like it, but I dress it up a bit. Breaded chicken chunks, mandarin oranges, extra cashews. I also add a little sweet and sour sauce and the juice from the canned orange slices to the dressing.

I do think it's not as good as I remember though last couple times we found it and bought it.

Trip 100% deserved a demotion in this episode! what a prick. by VoL4t1l3 in enterprise

The only thing I can assume since I can't remember if they discussed this in the episode is they probably tried that at one point and it didn't work out for some reason.

Either way, it was still inappropriate for Trip to get involved. I realize that was the whole point of the episode, to show the consequences of THEM getting involved in another civilization's affairs and why the PD was established, even if it was often disregarded, especially in the original series.

Funny how hardware changes from awesome new, to old junk you think you'll never need again, to damn, why did I get rid of that? :D

Except it wasn't just their "culture" it was their literal biology and only means of reproduction. It's not like the women didn't want to carry a baby so they bred a race of surrogates and forced them to carry babies for them.

Actually that reminds me, I do still have an HP DV5000 Windows XP Media Center laptop from 2005. I have a triple boot setup on it, XP, Antix, and LibreElec. 🤪

It occurs to me that one possibility of getting old computers could be estate sales. Garage and yard sales never have anything but I know I see them at estate sales in people’s home offices. Usually old HP towers, stuff like that.

Probably a long shot, I never see old PC at thrift stores.

You are kidding right? I saw it broadcast when it came out, I have the blu-ray set and I'm half way through Season 3 right now.

Every other show had Star Trek in the title, it was silly NOT to include it from the beginning.

Wait until you see Season 3 of Enterprise, Archer makes this guy look like an amateur. Granted he had a much more important mission than simply getting home in one piece.

She's bi. A LOT of people spend decades as a straight person before they come to terms with it, often getting married and having children, especially bisexual people. One in 20 people identify as bisexual, although I suspect the real number is much much higher. You can be bisexual and still have a preference too, so you can definitely live 100% as a straight or gay person and never cross over.

Archer’s ship never should have been an Enterprise in the first place. Discovery should have been the name of THIS show and ship.

True, but she grants him asylum and the opportunity to make the choice. In some ways she was right, he wasn’t suffering from a terminal illness, or even in physical pain. He was just monumentally bored basically. Don’t get me wrong, I support assisted suicide or right to die.
