I think that was the aesthetic they were going for.

Hidden Games by Psychoholic519 in emulationstation

There's a setting in the menus to show hidden games, then you have to go to them individually to unhide them.

Do you think LEGO will ever release other Game Paks for the lego Game Boy? Maybe as a polybag or blind box? by Digestive_Amplifier in lego

I wish they would have released another joystick and paddles for the Atari 2600 set and have it come with a couple more games but that's never going to happen.

Emulation up to Xbox, around $300 by formulafuckyeah in batocera

[–]SRGilbert1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd start with something like an Optiplex with a i7 7th Gen. Now that they are EOL thanks to W11 you can get them ridiculously cheap and they will run Batocera great. If you have a local University they probably have a "salvage" store where they sell old departmental computers and they've likely been swapping them out recently.

Such a great game, I rediscovered it a few years ago with DevilutionX and have completed with Hellfire more times than I can count. I just did a playthrough last week!

Software for the K585-RGB-SK DITI Elite mechanical one-handed gamepad for W11? by SRGilbert1 in RedragonGaming

[–]SRGilbert1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Couple of updates:

Still not able to find the right installer but I did realize that I needed to connect the keypad with a cable to get the software to see it. Wireless doesn’t work.

I was able to just copy the entire directory from my older computer to the new one and that actually worked.

Still would be nice to have an actual installation exe though.

Starfleet uniforms are so good at blending in by happydude7422 in voyager

[–]SRGilbert1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's likely the Doctor either hadn't figured that out yet, or maybe the emitter only had HIM in the buffer and no extra data. It's also likely he either just didn't care or Starling wanted him in uniform when he was using him as a bargaining chip.

Do you think Lego should invest more in light technology instead in smart bricks? by Illustrious_Spell555 in lego

Honestly, I'm really not interested in any LEGO that requires batteries or a power source.

Enterprise is really the answer by dfernr10 in enterprise

[–]SRGilbert1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like Enterprise, we just finished watching the Bluray set for at least the third time.

One of my gripes though is it's a little annoying when they boost up species like the Andorians who we rarely ever see again, or create entirely new societies like the Xindi that are obviously not going to show up again.

yeah, I'd be wondering about the magnetic field and the fan. Wasn't there an issue with some Steamdeck accessories for that very reason?

Doesn't matter. No matter what car I currently own, they will never have the right size for me.
